A coward

Education is a good thing but some of us use it as a method to hide. A person who has no education has no choice but to hustle and hard. We who have degrees, diplomas and certificates have some sort of a thing to hold on to which makes us feel comfortable that the future is bright whereas in the world we live in today, there is a high rate of competion for everything and only the fittest, smartest and strategic ones make it. So that is why we read about issues of graduates at home, unemplyed because there are no jobs. Well I look at myself right now as a student and I am like, why is this? And I saw that qoute.

Those of us who go to school get compfertable thinking that our degrees, diplomas and certificates will get us jobs. Yes good marks do speak, they get you somewhere but you see they will never speak until you expose them to the places where they have to speak for you. That is the part where most of us get lost, we don’t “rush hour” and get our education out there to get us jobs. W e sit in our homes, do apply for jobs but never get anywhere. It is not about applying for a job, it is about going around and kicking the doors open but those of us who got academic education, we send that piece of paper (certificate) while we do nothing on the other hand. In looking at this, this is the only conclusion I could come up with, COWARDICE. Why? Why cowardice? We expect the paper to be our Hercules and Shinah forgetting it is not going to the work environment but you and I are. The person who has no education can’t afford to slip up, stay in their homes and apply for jobs , they have to go out there and search even where it is not searchable. They keep looking and turning each every stone upside down, this why they are successful today and they even open companies and hire us who went to school. It is all cowardice, simple and plain cowardice to go and compete for your position which can be taken away if you do not fight for it.

Am I right or wrong? Or is there two sides tot he story?

This is my response to the Daily post:  https://dailypost.wordpress.com/prompts/cowardice/

From me to you,

Stay loving, stay loved. Stay blessing, stay blessed. God bless you all.

Hey Alina, what I am trying to say here is, academic education is indeed the key to success. But that does not mean when you have academic education, you need to just sit and think employment will follow you, no, we are living in a very competitive world. So as much as academic education is the key to success, you still have to compete by kicking the dooors open or people will overtake you and you will sit unemployed and poor with the your degree, dimloma or certificate. I don’t know if that answers you. Thank you for your comment 🙂
